Our process: what to expect
First things first. Call for a quote or fill out our quote request online at your convenience. Once we receive your request we will be in touch with an accurate quote that takes into consideration what size dumpster you need, how many you need, how long you need it for, and what types of things you are getting rid of.
Once we have finalized your rental details, you can expect one of our drivers to arrive with your dumpster at the agreed upon time.
Your dumpster will be delivered by a friendly, professional, courteous driver who will respect your property and your wishes in terms of where the dumpster is to be placed. If the job site is a residential property or a tight space, you can be confident that a 20 yard roll-off dumpster will fit easily in a driveway. However, it can be placed just about anywhere you need it to be. Simply arrange these details with our associates and we’ll do the rest. Please note that it is your responsibility to arrange access and right-of-way, if necessary.
When the dumpster arrives, it will be clean and ready to go. Even though we are in the refuse business, our drivers are always professional, courteous, and presentable and will always be respectful of your property, residents, and neighbors.
We place a high value on your safety and that of your property. However, you are responsible for protecting the surfaces upon which the bin will rest. We advise our roll-off customers to protect the area where the bin will be placed with an adequately sized sheet of plywood.
The dumpster will be dropped with the doors facing the work area so that you can load more easily and conveniently. If you are on site, our driver will go over with you the finer points of operating the bin doors. However, there is no requirement for you to be present. We can simply drop off the container and be on our way – however, if the dumpster has to be relocated, you may be responsible for any fees incurred.
Getting your 20 yard roll-off dumpster picked up
Once your dumpster is full, you will need us to come and pick it up. In some cases, you will know approximately when that will be. In other cases, you will need to call when you are ready so that we can arrange to make it disappear.
In most cases, we need 24 hours notice for roll-off retrieval. However, if you’re on a timeline or you need a new roll-off delivered, we may be able to arrange same-day service, depending on our workload that day and whether we have a driver available.
Your 20 foot roll-off will then be taken to a dump or transfer station where the materials in it can be disposed of properly.
