Dumpster Rental Service Areas Across Greater Houston

Action Roll-Offs has handled dumpster rental around Houston since 2007. Our yard is in Waller, northwest of the city off US-290, and we deliver roll-off dumpsters and porta-potties to thirty cities across the Greater Houston area.
Below is where we go, grouped by county and highway so you can find your area and see what else we cover nearby.
Where We Deliver
Waller County and the US-290 Corridor
Waller, Hempstead, Brookshire, Prairie View and Pattison are all Waller County, which is the county our yard sits in. Just east along US-290 are Hockley, Cypress and Tomball in northwest Harris County, with Magnolia north of them in Montgomery County.
Katy, Fulshear and West Houston
Katy straddles three counties, Harris, Fort Bend and Waller, so permit and HOA rules there can differ from one neighborhood to the next. Fulshear is Fort Bend. Master-planned communities out this way include Cinco Ranch, Cross Creek Ranch, Firethorne, Cane Island and Elyson.
Check your HOA rules before you book. Many of these communities set their own limits on where a container can sit and how many days it can stay, and those limits come from the association rather than from us.
Fort Bend County and West
Sugar Land, Missouri City, Stafford, Richmond, Rosenberg and Simonton are all Fort Bend County. Wallis sits just west of the county line in Austin County.
Houston, Bellaire, Galena Park and Pasadena
Closer in, space tends to be the deciding factor. Lots and alleys are tighter here, and putting a container on the street can require city approval. If you are unsure whether a 40 yard will fit where you want it, describe the site when you call and we can talk through the 30 instead.
Spring, Humble, Kingwood and Conroe
Spring, Humble and Kingwood are Harris County. Conroe is Montgomery County, at the northern end of our range.
Pearland, League City and Friendswood
Our southern edge, and the part of the map that crosses the most county lines. Pearland sits across Brazoria, Harris and Fort Bend. League City and Friendswood both straddle Harris and Galveston. Dumpster rental permit rules can change with the county line as well as the city, so confirm which jurisdiction your address falls under before you book.
Brenham and Washington County
Brenham is our western edge, roughly 31 miles from the yard in Waller. Call ahead and we can often schedule your delivery alongside another run heading that direction.

Dumpster Sizes We Deliver
20 yard
22′ long × 8′ wide × 4′ highGarage cleanouts, a single-room remodel, three-tab shingle tear-offs.
30 yard
22′ long × 8′ wide × 6′ highWhole-home renovations and larger roofing jobs.
40 yard
22′ long × 8′ wide × 8′ highDemolition work and bulky lightweight debris.
All three share the same 22-by-8 footprint, so the height is what changes between them. That means driveway length rarely decides a dumpster rental for you. Weight usually does: shingles and concrete pack tight and get heavy fast, while framing lumber and drywall fill the box long before they approach a weight limit. Describe the job when you call and we will point you at the right size.
We deliver 20 yard, 30 yard and 40 yard roll-offs to every city listed above, plus porta-potty rentals for job sites and events.
Delivery and Pickup
Most orders are delivered within 24 hours, and an order placed before 11:00 a.m. can often go out the same day. Cancellations need 24 hours’ notice.
Before we arrive, clear the spot where the container will sit and make sure the truck has a straight approach with nothing hanging overhead. When you load it, keep the debris level with the fill line marked on the container. A box loaded above that line can put the truck over its legal weight, and we may not be able to haul it until it comes back down.
Service Area Questions
Do you deliver to my address?
If your city is on the list above, yes. If you are just outside it, or you are not sure, call (979) 826-2815 and we will check the address for you before you book.
What does delivery cost out to my area?
Delivery is quoted together with the rental as a single flat rate, which is how we price every job. What it comes to depends on container size, debris type, how long you keep it, and where you are. Call and we will price your actual job.
How far in advance should I book?
A day ahead is usually enough. Booking earlier helps most when your job has a fixed start date, when you need the container placed before a crew arrives, or when a swap-out has to line up with a pour or a tear-off. Tell us the delivery date and roughly how long you expect to keep it, and we can plan around both.
Do I need a permit?
If the container sits on your own driveway or private property, you generally will not need a city permit. Street placement often does require one, and HOA rules can apply either way. Both vary by jurisdiction, so check with your city and your association before your delivery date.
Which counties do you cover?
Harris, Waller, Fort Bend and Montgomery counties make up most of our service area, with Washington County at Brenham, Austin County at Wallis, and the Galveston County line at League City and Friendswood.
